On October 8, Malala Yousafzai, the young woman that was shot by the Taliban for speaking out for education in Pakistan, was interviewed on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. I don’t know why I didn’t see the interview until today, but now that I have I can tell you there are chills running up and down my spine. She is so well spoken and so thoughtful. It’s not just, “I can’t believe she is 16!” I think their are people, twice and thrice her age that wouldn’t show a fraction of the grace and the courage she displays. Please take a look at this piece from the interview. I hope it inspires you as well.
